Role overview
This part-time remote Marketing Manager position supports Dubai Executive Council’s strategic agenda and public communication efforts. The selected professional will help shape and deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness, consistency, and engagement across audiences.
What you will do
- Build, coordinate, and improve marketing plans and campaign activity aligned to organizational priorities.
- Run both digital and offline marketing efforts, making sure messages and brand presentation stay consistent.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to keep communications aligned across teams and projects.
- Draft, review, and refine marketing materials and content for different communication needs.
- Track campaign results, measure performance indicators, and prepare concise reports.
- Use data analysis and stakeholder input to suggest practical improvements to ongoing marketing work.
- Assist with promotional activity for events, public awareness initiatives, and joint programs with partner organizations.
- Ensure all marketing output follows government guidance and branding requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven background in marketing leadership, with experience designing and delivering integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Strong capability in brand positioning, message development, and audience segmentation for varied stakeholder groups.
- Comfort working with performance data, summarizing findings, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent English writing and speaking ability; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in remote work, independent prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional and public-sector teams.
- Prior exposure to government, public sector, or large institutional settings is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline; professional certifications are beneficial.
- Professional demeanor, strong cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive communication practices.
