About the Role

DeVoe & Company is hiring a Marketing Manager to plan, build, coordinate, and oversee a mix of marketing and event programs. This is a high-energy role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, think both creatively and analytically, and make sound decisions in a changing environment.

The ideal candidate brings broad marketing experience, strong organizational habits, and the ability to manage several priorities at once. Experience in financial services or wealth management is important, along with the judgment to choose the best path across different marketing scenarios.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and produce graphics for email campaigns, event promotions, social content, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate event and conference work across multiple workstreams, including venue research, sponsor deliverables, hotel and food-and-beverage coordination, networking events, and budget tracking.
  • Refresh presentations and collateral so brand messaging stays current and polished; work with PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Own social media marketing tasks, including writing post copy, designing posts, and monitoring comments and tags.
  • Plan and run webinar programs by building calendars, selecting topics, developing content and visuals, scheduling guests, creating promotion plans, and managing delivery through Zoom while tracking leads.
  • Keep the company website updated based on the editorial calendar, campaigns, and other improvement opportunities; also support gated content, SEO, and PPC efforts.
  • Build and maintain marketing emails and drip campaigns in HubSpot or a similar platform, including testing, QA, validation, trigger-based workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Work with vendors and outside partners across marketing technology, events, and design.
  • Support thought leadership, reports, and survey-related development work.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related area, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Between 4 and 10 years of marketing experience, with an eagerness to keep learning.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation or a similar email platform, Salesforce, and a website CMS; Webflow experience is an advantage.
  • Proven success supporting or leading both in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with data review, analysis, and reporting.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management ability.
  • A self-directed approach with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • B2B marketing experience in financial services.
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, and Zoom; Dropbox familiarity is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote setting and maintain a dedicated professional workspace.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed.
  • Willingness to travel for the company’s twice-yearly conferences and annual team offsite.
  • Knowledge of the wealth management or broader financial services sector.
  • Design capability in Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with Zoom webinar tools.
  • Comfort using Asana or similar project management systems.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. The role requires occasional work beyond normal business hours, a designated professional workspace, and travel for two company conferences per year plus one annual team offsite meeting.
