About the Opportunity

Jumeirah is building a talent pool of experienced and high-potential hospitality leaders for a Marketing Manager - F&B role in Dubai. This opportunity supports both current and future hiring needs across the brand.

What You Will Do

  • Shape and execute standout marketing plans for F&B outlets, strengthening visibility, guest interaction and commercial results in line with Jumeirah’s brand direction.
  • Design and roll out engaging campaigns across multiple channels that position each venue as a desirable dining choice and capture the personality of each concept.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and F&B leaders to develop campaigns that combine creativity with business impact.
  • Develop productive relationships with agencies, media partners and creative collaborators to ensure high-quality delivery and strong campaign outcomes.
  • Protect and promote the Jumeirah brand by ensuring all F&B marketing maintains exceptional standards of creativity, consistency and presentation.
  • Review campaign performance regularly, interpret results and insights, and identify new ways to improve reach and overall business success.

About You

The role is suited to a commercially minded, collaborative marketing professional with a strong background in luxury or hospitality marketing and a proven track record in F&B-led campaigns.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in luxury or hospitality marketing, particularly across F&B concepts, dining destinations and experience-driven campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing initiatives that launch or grow F&B venues while increasing guest engagement and business performance.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to turn creative ideas into measurable outcomes that improve revenue, brand awareness and return on investment.
  • A proactive team player who works effectively with operations teams, senior leaders and external agencies to deliver joined-up, high-quality projects.
  • Strong capability in brand positioning and storytelling, with the ability to build narratives that enhance F&B concepts and support a luxury guest experience.
