About the Role

This opportunity is part of Jumeirah’s ongoing focus on strong leadership and operational excellence across its portfolio. The company is building a pool of experienced hospitality marketers for a Marketing Manager - F&B position in Dubai, to support present and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and activate distinctive food and beverage marketing plans for signature outlets, improving awareness, guest interaction, and commercial results while staying aligned with Jumeirah’s brand direction.
  • Develop and run engaging campaigns across multiple channels, positioning each venue as a must-visit dining experience and expressing the personality of every concept.
  • Work in close partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the F&B leadership team to create initiatives that are both imaginative and commercially effective.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and creative collaborators to ensure excellent execution and the strongest possible outcome from each campaign.
  • Protect and strengthen the Jumeirah brand by ensuring all F&B marketing consistently meets high standards of creativity, brand alignment, and visual quality.
  • Review campaign outcomes, interpret performance data, and identify improvement opportunities to increase reach and support business growth.

Candidate Profile

The preferred applicant will bring significant marketing experience in luxury or hospitality environments, especially across food and beverage concepts and experience-driven campaigns. The role calls for someone who can turn ideas into measurable business impact while working effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in luxury or hospitality marketing, with strong exposure to F&B concepts, dining destinations, and experience-based campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in building and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies that launch F&B venues effectively and strengthen guest engagement and commercial performance.
  • A strong commercial outlook, with the ability to convert creative concepts into measurable outcomes and improve revenue, visibility, and return on investment.
  • Confident, proactive, and collaborative approach, with the ability to work smoothly with operations teams, senior leaders, and external agencies on high-quality integrated campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of brand positioning and storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that elevate F&B concepts and support a luxury guest journey.
