- Support partner enablement through the provision of messaging, collateral, and go-to-market alignment.
- Amplify partner announcements, integrations, and shared value propositions.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, talking points, case studies, and demo scripts.
- Work closely with sales and leadership to refine messaging based on market feedback.

- Ensure consistency and clarity across all customer-facing communications.
- Manage Hyke’s content strategy across blog, LinkedIn, email, and PR support.
- Create impactful content such as thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, reports, and product stories.
- Enhance executive visibility through LinkedIn content, speaking narratives, and press engagement.
Requirements
- Possess 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in HR tech, benefits, SaaS, or related sectors.

- Have a proven track record in supporting demand generation and campaign execution.
- Exhibit the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and partnerships teams.
- Possess excellent writing and content development capabilities.
- Be comfortable operating within a dynamic, high-growth business environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, software, and AI tools for enhanced efficiency, including task automation, content acceleration, and insight extraction.
