Role overview

An expanding international professional services group is looking to hire a Marketing Lead for its Dubai office. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a senior position within the marketing function and will help steer strategic activity across several brands.

The role focuses on building campaigns that enhance brand reputation, create high-quality leads, support the sales process, and contribute to commercial growth. You will work closely with the marketing team, brand heads, and senior stakeholders to deliver consistent, measurable results.

Core responsibilities

  • Direct the execution of group-wide and brand-level marketing plans so that all activity supports business priorities and growth goals.
  • Shape and manage the digital marketing approach, with strong emphasis on content development, photography, videography, and brand-led storytelling.
  • Design, run, and improve integrated campaigns across CRM, email, social channels, websites, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Use CRM and email tools to create, segment, launch, and evaluate targeted direct marketing activity.
  • Oversee campaign databases, sales sequences, and customer interactions to keep messaging timely, relevant, and effective.
  • Produce content for digital platforms, including social media, website pages, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials.
  • Coordinate video creation and editing, podcast activity, and social media campaigns to increase visibility and audience engagement.
  • Plan and promote B2B events, including virtual and face-to-face formats, covering pre-event outreach, delegate communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track campaign outcomes and performance metrics, then use the findings to refine future activity and improve return on investment.
  • Introduce and encourage the use of marketing technology and new tools that raise efficiency and strengthen campaign impact.
  • Work closely with internal teams and serve as a dependable marketing partner for brand leaders and commercial stakeholders.
  • Spot ways to improve processes, campaign delivery, and brand consistency across the wider group.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of experience in marketing. A marketing-related degree is preferred, and CIM Level 4 or higher is also valued.

Prior experience in a professional services environment is important, along with a clear understanding of how marketing supports pipeline creation and revenue goals.
