Job description

Overview

Enveda is seeking a Marketing Intern to support its mission of converting natural compounds into medicines that can change lives. This internship is based in Boulder, Colorado, and offers a chance to contribute to a science-led company focused on reinventing drug discovery with a faster platform rooted in nature’s intelligence.

Compensation for the role is listed by academic level: undergraduates receive $1,125 per week, master’s students receive $1,250 per week, and PhD candidates receive $1,500 per week.

About Enveda

Enveda is a biotechnology company working to accelerate drug discovery by learning from the logic of life itself. The team emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and mutual respect, with a strong belief that people are the source of all value. Its recent progress includes unicorn status after a $150 million Series D round in 2025, advancement of its first drug candidate into Phase 1 trials in 2024, and recognition from outlets such as Newsweek, Forbes, and Fast Company for workplace culture and innovation.

Your Impact

As a Marketing Intern, you will play an active role from the start. The position sits at the intersection of content, communication, and digital marketing, helping Enveda present its story consistently across channels and support major company milestones such as pipeline announcements, data updates, and press-related communications.

Key Work Areas

  • Develop the go-to-market marketing approach for a new product from the ground up
  • Draft and publish social content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and related channels
  • Assist with paid social and digital advertising work, including copy development, audience targeting inputs, and campaign tracking
  • Help build and review performance dashboards using Google Analytics and paid platform reports, then turn data into useful insights
  • Work alongside designers to keep visual materials aligned with brand standards
  • Support communications around major corporate updates, such as pipeline progress, data announcements, press coverage, and conference participation
  • Maintain and improve a workflow for repurposing content so that strong material reaches a wider audience

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is comfortable living in the social media space, understands the difference between organic and paid performance, and knows how to adapt content for different platforms. Experience with paid social or digital advertising is helpful, and that experience may come from classes, personal projects, or internships.

You should be confident using analytics tools and engagement metrics, while also bringing good judgment and not optimizing only for reach. Strong organization and reliability are important, especially for managing a posting schedule. The role also expects comfort using AI tools to speed up everyday work. Interest in science and medicine is important, though a technical background is not required. A portfolio of social media work or writing samples is required; class projects are acceptable, while independent work is preferred.

Applicants who are excited about innovation and meaningful impact are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every listed requirement.

Company Values

Enveda’s values are Curiosity, Agency, Journey, Charity, and Unity.

Benefits

The listed benefits include work-life harmony and a collaborative culture.
