Key responsibilities

  • Keep the company website current by adding fresh content and updates.
  • Organise, run, and review marketing campaigns across EDMs, social channels, events, and content.
  • Take ownership of brand guidelines and ensure they are applied consistently across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Create a range of design assets, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, EDMs, presentations, e-books, and sales collateral.
  • Work closely with internal teams to shape marketing plans and coordinate events.
  • Support the social media and content schedule, including planning, content creation, and posting.
  • Manage and enhance HubSpot processes, including contact handling, email marketing, and simple automated workflows.
  • Help improve broader marketing systems, tools, and internal processes.

About you

  • You should bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • You need strong skills in design software such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is important; HubSpot knowledge will be a strong plus.
  • You should understand SEO, SEM, and basic analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication ability is essential.
  • You need to be organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • A strong drive to improve, learn, and achieve results is important.
