About the role
Indicator is a B2B sales development company that helps organisations across Australasia strengthen sales performance and sales leadership through three key areas: people, process, and technology. In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity while also supporting wider marketing operations such as design work, website updates, newsletters, and CRM/marketing automation in HubSpot.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the company website current by adding fresh content and updates.
- Organise, run, and review marketing campaigns across EDMs, social channels, events, and content.
- Take ownership of brand guidelines and ensure they are applied consistently across all channels and marketing materials.
- Create a range of design assets, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, EDMs, presentations, e-books, and sales collateral.
- Work closely with internal teams to shape marketing plans and coordinate events.
- Support the social media and content schedule, including planning, content creation, and posting.
- Manage and enhance HubSpot processes, including contact handling, email marketing, and simple automated workflows.
- Help improve broader marketing systems, tools, and internal processes.
About you
- You should bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- You need strong skills in design software such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, or comparable tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is important; HubSpot knowledge will be a strong plus.
- You should understand SEO, SEM, and basic analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication ability is essential.
- You need to be organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- A strong drive to improve, learn, and achieve results is important.
