Job description
Role overview
This position supports the day-to-day delivery of marketing operations, campaign preparation, and communication materials for both print and digital channels. The role also involves coordination across teams to help ensure campaigns, launches, and approved events run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and help execute marketing assets and campaign materials for both offline and online use, such as website content updates, microsite copy, social media posts, and approved visuals.
- Support the coordination and operational setup of marketing initiatives, launches, and sanctioned events, including material preparation, basic logistics, and on-site assistance when needed.
- Assist with adapting copy, preparing content, supporting basic English-to-Mandarin translation, and proofreading approved marketing and communications materials.
- Manage day-to-day correspondence and enquiries tied to marketing activities, campaigns, and approved announcements under supervision.
- Provide inter-department coordination support for marketing tasks by tracking materials, timelines, and deliverables as instructed.
- Carry out other marketing operations duties assigned by the supervisor in line with approved directions and guidelines.
Qualifications and experience
A diploma, advanced diploma, higher diploma, or graduate diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related discipline is required, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, media, or a similar operations-focused role.
Skills and working style
- Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Clear interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with the discipline to follow directions closely.
- Careful, practical, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Basic working knowledge of design and video editing software such as Adobe or similar tools, plus social media content formatting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and complete work accurately.
- Comfortable working in a support role and available to assist at weekend events when necessary.
