Role Overview
The Marketing Director will lead brand, communications, social media, PR, campaigns, and market insights to strengthen BIT’s position across traditional finance and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling content across press, blogs, and social platforms while keeping brand messaging consistent worldwide.
- Foster strong relationships with leading media outlets, key opinion leaders, and other important industry contacts to help shape cross-over narratives spanning TradFi and DeFi.
- Run corporate social channels, including X, with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and industry thought leadership.
- Plan and deliver event-led campaigns and support BIT’s visibility at important industry gatherings.
- Carry out market research across CeFi and DeFi and spot opportunities where traditional finance intersects with crypto.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 or more years in digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and institutional finance.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated success in growing corporate social media accounts, especially X.
- Hands-on familiarity with DeFi, ideally as an active user.
- Comfort using AI-based productivity tools and integrating them into daily workflows.
- Proven ability to lead teams, define brand strategy, and perform effectively in demanding environments.
