Role overview
We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS business and lead design output across several brands and channels. This position is highly hands-on and suits someone who can switch comfortably between brand, digital, video, web, events, and sales enablement work while delivering ideas quickly and with strong commercial impact.
What you will do
- Develop digital advertising creatives, social media content, email designs, landing pages, and website assets that support marketing performance.
- Create and edit video materials for campaigns and social platforms.
- Build sales presentations, one-pagers, event collateral, and trade show graphics.
- Partner closely with campaign, product marketing, and digital teams to support ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute both brand-focused creative and performance-driven marketing assets.
- Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, and AI-enabled creative platforms to produce design work.
Experience and portfolio needed
Applicants should have at least 5 years of design experience gained either in-house or at an agency. A portfolio is expected that demonstrates work across both brand identity and performance marketing. The role also calls for strong capability with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, along with experience creating assets for digital, print, web, social, and video formats.
Skills and working style
Strong visual storytelling, clear communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment are key to success in this role.
Additional information
Location: New York City, with a hybrid working arrangement. Compensation is listed at $75,000 to $100,000.
