Company Overview
P6 Aviation is a Platinum Cirrus Training Center supporting the Northern New Jersey and New York City metro area. The company trains pilots across all experience levels and is seeking a creative, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support brand growth.
Role Summary
This position focuses on building P6 Aviation’s visibility, engagement, and promotional efforts across digital channels. You will help maintain a consistent brand voice, support campaign execution, and contribute content that showcases aircraft, instructors, events, and special offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and distribute outbound email campaigns for prospects, students, and alumni.
- Create and maintain a steady content calendar featuring aircraft, instructors, and events.
- Track campaign metrics, review analytics, and prepare performance updates.
- Assist with promotions, discovery flight offers, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Help capture or arrange photo and video content at the facility.
- Work directly with leadership to align marketing activity with business goals.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in aviation or aerospace, is comfortable managing deadlines independently, and can produce clear, engaging written content. Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software is preferred, but candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Working Arrangement
This is a part-time, hourly role with flexible working hours. The position is hybrid, with some in-person time required each week at either the Fairfield or Morristown, New Jersey location.
