About Pure Southern Water
Pure Southern Water creates and installs high-quality water softening and filtration solutions for homeowners across Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. The company helps families enjoy cleaner, healthier water for drinking and bathing while also reducing damage caused by hard water. It is a rapidly expanding home services business with a focused mission: to build a top-tier water services platform.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured execution, clear performance metrics, and seeing marketing work translate into real sales results.
Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the operational hub for the marketing function. This person will manage day-to-day campaign execution, lead nurture processes, and performance reporting while coordinating closely with the ad buyer, video creator, appointment setters, and sales team. A major part of the role is ensuring every homeowner lead is contacted quickly, consistently, and professionally through SMS, email, and phone follow-up, while continuously working to reduce customer acquisition cost.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000, plus benefits including health coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, and retirement matching.
Key Duties
- Keep a single, up-to-date marketing calendar covering Google and Facebook advertising, postcard mailers, Lowe's events, social media content, video campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives, making sure dates, offers, and creative assets stay aligned across every channel.
- Support social media publishing and online community engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and related platforms by coordinating post scheduling, audience interaction, and responses to community messages.
- Work with the filmer/editor and ad buyer to manage the production and launch of video campaigns, maintain the video asset repository, review performance data, and spot creative that can be scaled further.
- Create and maintain email and SMS automation sequences in GoHighLevel and ServiceTitan for fresh leads, missed appointments, unclosed quoted prospects, post-installation follow-up, review requests, and referrals.
- Prepare a weekly marketing scorecard that tracks leads through set, show, and close stages by source and channel; evaluate revenue per lead, acquisition cost by campaign, and cost trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead efforts to reduce customer acquisition cost by testing messaging, audiences, channels, and funnel changes, while partnering with the ad buyer and sales team to cut inefficiencies and expand winning campaigns.
- Translate ideas from leadership and sales into clear creative briefs for the video team, and coordinate photo, testimonial, and video assets for use in ads, emails, landing pages, and social media.
- Launch reactivation and promotional outreach to previous customers and older leads, including list extraction, copy preparation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Track online reviews and social media inquiries, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate communication before and after installation.
Qualifications
- Background in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a comparable role; experience in home services or local business-to-consumer marketing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and publishing, along with familiarity with content calendars and scheduling platforms.
- Comfort using CRM systems and marketing automation tools; experience with GoHighLevel and/or ServiceTitan is an added advantage.
- Strong planning and project management ability with the capacity to handle several campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain reports in spreadsheets or dashboards and understand key marketing measures such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a dependable and detail-focused working style.
