Job description
Role overview
KingsIsle Entertainment is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, launches, live-service updates, events, and broader promotional initiatives. This role works closely with teams across creative, product, community, development, localization, QA, and outside partners to keep marketing work moving smoothly from idea to release.
What you will do
- Keep marketing projects on track by coordinating timelines and communication between internal teams and external collaborators.
- Support the movement of assets from early concepts through final delivery, making sure approvals and deadlines are met.
- Organize and monitor deliverables across campaigns, game launches, events, and live-service work.
- Draft and refine copy for web pages, emails, game pages, social posts, patch notes, promos, and player communications.
- Research the market, competitors, audiences, and trends to inform campaign strategy and planning.
- Assist with campaign setup, asset collection, approval tracking, and launch readiness.
- Create presentations, marketing briefs, recap materials, and internal documents.
- Help coordinate influencer, creator, community, and PR activities when needed.
- Work with stakeholders to keep messaging consistent and aligned with the brand.
- Review marketing materials carefully before release to catch errors and ensure quality.
- Track campaign results and help summarize insights and improvement ideas.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar area.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Strong writing and speaking skills.
- Careful attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort working with many teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversion, retention, and related campaign indicators.
