Role overview

We are looking for a creative, structured, and detail-oriented Marketing Content Manager to plan, develop, refine, and improve content across multiple digital marketing channels. The position focuses on telling the brand story effectively, increasing audience interaction, and keeping messaging consistent and high quality across every marketing touchpoint.

What you will do

You will build and manage content plans that help strengthen brand visibility, attract new customers, and support engagement objectives. The role covers content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials.

Responsibilities include creating editorial schedules, drafting and polishing marketing copy, working closely with design and marketing teams, and making sure all content reflects the brand voice and business goals. You will also review performance data and use insights to improve engagement and conversion results.

The role involves overseeing content from concept through publication, keeping messaging aligned across channels, and ensuring marketing assets are delivered on time. You will partner with cross-functional teams such as product, design, sales, and digital marketing to support campaigns and product launches.

Additional responsibilities

This position may also involve audience research, tracking market trends, creating content that supports search visibility, contributing to paid and organic campaigns, and maintaining content repositories and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should combine creativity with analytical thinking and be able to turn ideas into compelling marketing narratives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have solid experience in content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing, along with excellent English writing and speaking skills. They must be able to produce persuasive copy for different channels and understand content marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement principles.

Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content distribution methods is important, as is familiarity with SEO and content optimization. Strong organizational and project management abilities are needed to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Experience working with design, marketing, and product teams is preferred, along with good analytical skills to interpret content performance. A combination of creativity and a data-led approach to improvement is important. Proficiency with content management tools and digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage. Applicants should also be able to maintain brand consistency, work with accuracy, adapt to new tools and formats, and demonstrate initiative and ownership.
