Its first brand, which addresses allergies related to pets and dust, has already been used by more than 70,000 customers in its second year on the market, and a second brand is planned for launch in summer 2026.
The company is venture-backed and led by founders with experience building and exiting nine-figure businesses. Investors include Maveron, Khosla Ventures, and Mars. This is a chance to join a growing team focused on reshaping consumer health.
Role Overview
The Marketing Associate will support Pacagen’s growth across organic and paid marketing channels, partnerships, and creative content. The role involves working closely with the founders, helping shape website updates, and contributing to ad and content development across platforms. It is suited to someone who communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the creation and management of video ads for paid media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Handle large-scale influencer partnerships and collaborations.

- Edit, adapt, and resize video and static ad assets for different platforms as needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on creative requirements and execution.
- Share and present ideas related to campaign direction and creative strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, along with a demonstrated history of strong performance.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or the willingness to learn them quickly.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Evidence of producing high-quality work consistently.
- Comfort with a fast-paced work setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably.
- High standards and a continuous-improvement mindset.
