What you will do

The Marketing Associate will support business development and brokerage operations through marketing, design, research, and communications work. The position involves creating presentations, marketing collateral, sales tools, and campaign assets, while also helping coordinate client engagement, events, public relations, and media-related activities. The role may also contribute to regional and departmental marketing initiatives as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a wide range of marketing deliverables, including brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, ads, newsletters, invitations, banners, proposals, and presentations.

  • Protect and apply the firm’s brand identity and visual standards consistently.
  • Support property marketing campaigns and handle signage-related requests.
  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel charts by integrating visual materials such as photos, logos, charts, and floor plans.
  • Create or arrange custom maps, site plans, and building stack plans for proposals and presentations.
  • Organize and keep current the market or regional graphic library, including stock and custom imagery and illustrations.
  • Work with the research/Market Intelligence team on market reports, newsletters, statistical graphics, white papers, and presentation decks.
  • Partner with the PR and communications team to develop newsworthy content such as new hires, completed deals, research updates, and market or regional stories.
  • Stay informed about new technology and innovation efforts within the marketing function and identify practical applications for the local market.
  • Take part in strategic marketing and communications meetings, conference calls, and planning sessions.

Compensation

The employer also values people who are open to learning, adaptable to evolving needs, and eager to grow professionally.
