Job description

About the Company

New Lantern is an enterprise AI-driven radiology platform built to streamline how radiology teams work. The product brings together PACS, AI reporting (Curie), a smart worklist, and voice recognition into a single modern system. By replacing older tools that radiologists have used for years, the platform aims to make workflows faster, more efficient, and ultimately improve patient care. The company sells to radiology practice leaders, hospital and health system stakeholders, IT teams, and radiologists, so the marketing function must speak credibly to both clinical and technical audiences.

Role Summary

This is the company’s first marketing-focused hire. The person in this role will take ownership of content creation and coordinate execution across multiple channels, including content, events, email, webinars, public relations, and social media. You will partner closely with the GTM team, which remains actively involved in marketing direction, so you will always have clear context and priorities. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys building broadly, taking ownership, and executing across several areas rather than specializing in just one.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a wide range of content, including blog articles, website copy, video assets, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Use design and content tools such as Figma, Canva, Claude Design, and Framer to produce and publish assets without depending entirely on a designer.
  • Manage the company’s social presence, especially LinkedIn, and shape a voice that feels distinct and authentic to the brand.
  • Plan and deliver webinars from start to finish, including speaker coordination, promotion, platform management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build and run email marketing and automation workflows, including nurture programs, campaigns, and CRM-aligned processes.
  • Support public relations by drafting and distributing press releases tied to product updates, funding news, and customer wins.
  • Assist with event and field marketing for radiology conferences such as RSNA, SIIM, ACR, ARRS, and SR, including booth planning, logistics, ads, and pre/post-event outreach.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, and demo collateral.
  • Work directly with the sales team to convert live deal needs into reusable marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with comfort working across multiple functions.
  • Experience promoting a technical or otherwise complex B2B product.
  • Strong writing ability and the skill to translate technical ideas into clear, engaging messaging for busy decision-makers.
  • Comfort using design and marketing tools, along with a strong bias toward execution and shipping work quickly.
  • Self-driven mindset suited to a flat team structure where initiative and ideas are valued.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and see them through end to end.
  • Capacity to learn a new industry quickly, even without prior healthcare or radiology experience.
  • Regular use of AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day workflows.

Preferred Experience

  • Background or exposure in healthtech, healthcare IT, or radiology.
  • Hands-on experience with event marketing or field marketing.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Apollo, or similar tools.

Why Join

  • Take on the first dedicated marketing role and help shape the brand voice, positioning, and go-to-market approach from the ground up.
  • Work directly with the founder and GTM leadership on campaigns, content, and strategy that have measurable business impact.
  • Create work that supports real clinical and healthcare buying decisions and contributes to enterprise pipeline.
  • Join a company that is well-funded, growing, and already generating enterprise revenue.
  • Grow into broader marketing leadership, demand generation, or a specialized content/brand path as the team expands.

Equal Opportunity Statement

New Lantern is committed to inclusive hiring and is an equal opportunity employer. The company considers applicants fairly regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
