About the Role

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help drive daily marketing operations, campaign rollouts, and brand-building efforts. This position is a strong fit for someone looking to gain practical exposure in digital marketing, event support, content development, consumer outreach, or brand planning.

You will support the team by handling marketing tasks, organizing promotional activities, reviewing performance data, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. The role involves close coordination with leadership and other teams to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across online, social, and offline channels.
  • Contribute to content development for social platforms, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional assets.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to inform campaign decisions.
  • Monitor engagement data and assist in preparing reports on campaign performance.
  • Help arrange the logistics for events, pop-ups, and community-based activations when needed.
  • Keep calendars, deadlines, and project timelines organized and up to date.
  • Work with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders on marketing and promotional materials.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM systems or marketing tools by updating customer and campaign records.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and inventory tracking.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
  • Genuine interest in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Comfort working in a busy, deadline-focused environment.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to social media, digital marketing tools, or CRM platforms would be an advantage.
  • Ability to use Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools effectively.
  • Previous exposure to marketing, events, or promotions is beneficial, though not mandatory because training will be provided.
