Role overview

The UPHE Marketing team leads multi-market campaigns across Australia and New Zealand to support digital sales of films and television content throughout the release cycle, including Premium, EST, and VOD stages. This role provides day-to-day marketing support to help campaigns run smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Marketing Managers with planning and delivering marketing campaigns for home entertainment releases.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, including meeting scheduling, purchase order support, and release schedule maintenance.
  • Handle trade marketing requests with Account Management and Marketing teams, including briefs, artwork and asset requests, and approvals.
  • Track campaign schedules, timelines, and deliverables to keep all activities moving on plan.
  • Support partnership activations, public relations activity, influencer-led campaigns, events, and screenings.
  • Keep campaign records, trackers, and asset libraries accurate and up to date for efficient execution.

Role requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Well-developed organisational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage tight deadlines and several priorities at once.
  • Comfort working under short turnaround times and in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Solid administrative capability and familiarity with common workplace tools such as Word, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and social media administration.
  • Ability to work across functions with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours due to collaboration with teams in the UK, USA, and Asia.
  • Interest in entertainment, especially digital media and content distribution, is preferred.
  • Passion for movies and television content is preferred.

Additional information

This position is a six-month full-time contract based onsite in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
