Role overview
This position supports marketing, communications, and public relations work that builds brand awareness, reinforces relationships across the industry, and contributes to business growth in the U.S. market. The role works closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to activate the Molteni&C brand through events, partnerships, media outreach, and coordinated marketing programs.
Marketing and communications
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Help carry out marketing plans designed to grow awareness of the brand and deepen customer engagement.
- Make sure all marketing collateral follows brand standards and approved guidelines.
- Help manage campaign schedules and support projects from initial idea through final execution.
Trade marketing
- Assist with trade marketing efforts across dealer and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and dealers.
- Share marketing resources, tools, and guidance to support local marketing initiatives.
- Help coordinate co-branded programs and incentive activities that improve visibility and sales potential.
Events and partnerships
- Take charge of coordination and delivery for luxury brand events, showroom activations, designer discussions, client experiences, and industry partnerships.
- Handle event logistics, vendor communication, and preparation of event materials.
- Support activities that build stronger ties with clients, industry professionals, and brand partners.
Public relations
- Assist with PR activity and media outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry partners.
- Coordinate press opportunities and respond to media requests.
- Monitor press coverage and look for ways to increase visibility and brand recognition.
Marketing operations and administration
- Keep marketing assets, databases, and promotional items organized and up to date.
- Update CRM records with client, partner, and media contact details.
- Track marketing spend and budget activity.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, agendas, and related documents.
- Manage calendars, timelines, and important deadlines.
Sales and showroom support
- Work with sales and showroom teams to ensure marketing materials and collateral are current and easy to access.
- Support showroom marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts.
- Help align marketing activity with sales goals and broader business priorities.
Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline. Candidates should be highly organized, comfortable handling several priorities in a demanding environment, and capable of clear written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail, project coordination skills, and the ability to build effective professional relationships are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and experience with CRM platforms is preferred. Interest in luxury design, branding, communications, and customer experience is also important.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this New York-based position is estimated at $68,000 to $70,000 per year, with final compensation influenced by business needs, skills, experience, training, licenses, and certifications. The selected candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid parental leave; 9 paid holidays plus December 24 through January 1 off; 10 days of paid vacation; 2 personal days; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
