It also contributes to employee events, volunteer programs, and tracking digital content performance to improve engagement and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
This position involves producing clear corporate messaging, supporting engagement and culture initiatives, creating design assets, maintaining digital content, and partnering with internal stakeholders to keep communications timely, consistent, and effective.
Corporate communications
- Write, coordinate, and assist with organization-wide communications such as announcements, milestone news, policy updates, newsletters, memos, and leadership messages.
- Prepare internal communications for the CEO and other executives, making sure the tone, structure, and messaging stay professional and aligned with company strategy and culture.
- Keep internal communications consistent in formatting, cadence, and standards across channels.
Employee engagement, culture, and recognition
- Help run engagement activities such as anniversary acknowledgments, appreciation events, recognition campaigns, and culture-driven programs.
- Organize virtual and onsite employee events that encourage connection, collaboration, and a stronger workplace culture.
- Support volunteer, community service, and values-based programs, including Champions for Change and related efforts.
- Coordinate recognition activities, including awards, employee features, nomination support, and related messaging.
Graphic design and brand support
- Create and maintain branded materials such as presentations, one-pagers, infographics, templates, social graphics, internal visuals, and occasional printed items.
- Assist business development and proposal work by developing custom graphics, visual narratives, and polished formatted documents.
- Make sure creative deliverables follow brand guidelines and meet expectations for clarity, consistency, accessibility, and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain a shared repository of approved design assets, graphics, and templates for team use.
Marketing content and digital communications
- Update website copy, graphics, and visual elements to keep content accurate, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
- Plan and manage LinkedIn content with internal partners to highlight company milestones, employee activities, events, achievements, and organizational news.
- Draft, format, and coordinate marketing collateral, internal announcements, leadership communications, newsletters, and press release drafts for executive review.
- Work with internal teams to collect content, organize messaging, and deliver communications and marketing materials on time.
Web, analytics, and content improvement
- Review website performance and basic engagement data to guide content revisions, design improvements, and better user experience.
- Track how digital content performs and suggest improvements based on engagement, accessibility, usability, and brand consistency.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements to the company’s web presence, digital content structure, and communication effectiveness.
