This is a remote-first opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter focused on manufacturing placements. Candidates with backgrounds in other specialties are also encouraged to discuss fit, as the team supports multiple practice areas.

What you will do

• Drive new business by using consultative sales skills to win and grow client relationships.
• Source and place candidates through the company’s recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.
• Handle both client development and candidate recruiting in a full-desk environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teammates.
• Work with professionalism, kindness, and respect in every interaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably current or most recent.
• Demonstrated success in a full-desk recruiting role covering both sales and recruiting.
• History of meeting or exceeding placement, revenue, or other performance targets.
• Ability to maintain and grow professional relationships internally and externally.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles is preferred, though similar industry experience may also be relevant.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Salary is listed at $75,000 to $500,000 per year. This role is considered full-time and remote.
