Job description
Role overview
Interpath is a fast-growing international advisory firm with expertise across deals, advisory, and restructuring. The business operates independently and with no conflicts, focusing on delivering practical outcomes when organisations face complex challenges and important decisions. Since being established in 2021, it has expanded quickly across multiple regions, with ambitions to become a leading global advisory firm by 2030.
For its offices in Dusseldorf or Frankfurt, Interpath Advisory is hiring a Manager for the Talent Acquisition team. The position suits someone with experience in recruitment who wants to improve how the firm attracts, engages, and hires outstanding people. The role is suited to a person who enjoys a fast-changing environment, works well with senior stakeholders, and brings a strategic outlook to team growth.
In this position, you will help bring in strong talent for the financial advisory business and support hiring plans linked to both established teams and new initiatives in emerging markets. The role contributes to scaling the organisation across existing locations and future growth areas.
What you will do
- Partner with leadership teams in Germany and across other regions to deliver full-cycle recruitment projects aligned with business expansion priorities.
- Source candidates through a mix of headhunting, advertising, referrals, personal networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and relevant professional communities.
- Help create and publish job descriptions, while also supporting employer branding efforts that strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Improve recruitment workflows to raise hiring efficiency, improve candidate quality, and create a better experience for applicants.
- Interview candidates to evaluate their skills, background, and fit with the organisation’s values and culture.
- Use hiring data and insights to support decisions and continuously enhance each stage of the recruitment process.
- Administer the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable records.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate has prior experience in talent acquisition, either on the employer side or through an agency, preferably within professional services or financial advisory. You should be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment in a busy environment, and be able to approach hiring challenges with initiative and practical problem-solving.
Strong relationship-building skills are important, along with the confidence to influence stakeholders at different levels. You should be comfortable using recruitment platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, analytics tools, and a variety of sourcing channels.
The role also calls for a clear commitment to diverse, high-performing teams and an inclusive hiring approach. Strong organisation, good time management, and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines are essential. Native-level or fluent business German is required.
Benefits and additional information
Interpath offers a competitive and comprehensive reward package that includes attractive salary and a range of standard and optional benefits. The company notes that its people are central to the business and references its benefits information separately.
Interpath does not accept unsolicited CVs from third-party recruiters. Any agency, individual, or organisation that sends an unsolicited application does so with the understanding that Interpath may hire the candidate directly at its discretion and without paying any placement fee.
