Role Summary

The Manager of Service Operations will lead Palmetto’s post-installation service coordination efforts, managing the entire process from initial request intake through site visit scheduling and final invoicing. This role is accountable for the operational performance of service coordination, focusing on resolution times, partner effectiveness, cost management, and customer satisfaction.

This position involves leading a team of Service Project Coordinators, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution of service workflows at scale, while upholding stringent standards for quality, efficiency, and cost control.

Furthermore, the Manager of Service Operations will manage the service partner network, encompassing onboarding, performance evaluation, and ongoing operational oversight. This includes collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives related to partner development, expansion, and pricing.

This is a leadership role requiring accountability for operational outcomes, process design, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Asset Management teams.

Location

This role is based in Charlotte, NC.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Director of Service Operations.
