Job description
Role overview
The Manager, Project Fulfilment will own the full delivery cycle for custom art, spatial design, interior fit-out, hospitality, and airport assignments. The role calls for solid capability in project planning, production coordination, site execution, vendor handling, and installation planning.
The selected professional will move projects from design development through fabrication, logistics, installation, and final handover, while keeping schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations on track. This is a hands-on role for someone who can juggle several complex projects at once and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
The position reports into the Head of Projects & Order Fulfilment and supports operational alignment, delivery excellence, and ongoing improvement in project processes.
Project planning and execution
Lead each project from handover to completion, including execution, installation, and closure.
Create detailed plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, scope, deliverables, budget, and quality targets.
Track progress closely, anticipate risks, and remove barriers that could affect delivery.
Keep multiple live projects moving forward while meeting budget and quality commitments.
Design and production coordination
Work with design, creative, production, and technical teams to convert concepts into workable production plans.
Ensure drawings, approvals, specifications, material selections, and prototypes are released on time.
Manage the handoff from design development to fabrication and installation without losing the intended design outcome.
Support internal review and approval steps to reduce rework and prevent delays.
Vendor, artisan, and partner management
Source, onboard, and coordinate artisans, craftsmen, fabricators, specialist vendors, and production partners.
Align production schedules across workshops, vendors, and installation crews.
Monitor partner performance against timelines, quality requirements, and production capacity.
Handle execution challenges through collaborative coordination with stakeholders.
Budget and cost control
Track spending across project budgets, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and installation.
Review project profitability and look for practical ways to improve cost efficiency.
Approve project expenses within assigned authority.
Deliver work cost-effectively without reducing design quality or craftsmanship.
Quality management
Set up and maintain quality checks across fabrication, finishing, packaging, dispatch, and installation stages.
Carry out regular inspections and reviews to confirm compliance with project specifications.
Make sure final output matches approved design intent and client expectations.
Logistics and installation
Plan and supervise dispatch, transport, site delivery, and installation activities.
Coordinate site-readiness requirements with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Ensure safe and efficient installation of artworks, murals, sculptures, bespoke furniture, and crafted elements.
Manage installation teams and resolve issues that arise on site.
Systems, documentation, and process tracking
Apply project management methods, delivery frameworks, and reporting systems to keep execution disciplined.
Maintain schedules, approvals, trackers, contracts, closure records, and other project documentation using tools such as Zoho Projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, contractual commitments, and safety requirements.
Experience and skill expectations
The role is suited to a professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in project execution, production, operations, and site coordination.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: art and design projects, interior fit-outs and bespoke interiors, hospitality projects, airport projects, craft-based manufacturing and installations, or luxury residential/commercial interiors.
A background in design, production, project management, architecture, interiors, or a related field is expected.
The ideal candidate should be highly accountable, able to work independently, communicate well with clients and stakeholders, and manage several teams and priorities at once.
Tools and working knowledge
Comfort with Excel, project tracking systems, and Zoho Projects is preferred.
What the company offers
The role provides strong learning exposure across design, production, and project execution, along with experience on premium interior and art-led projects in a creative and supportive environment.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply, provided they bring relevant project execution and coordination experience.
