Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project teams to map procurement requirements, build the activity roadmap, and keep the Tender Event Schedule updated and reported.
  • Review the market to identify suitable suppliers and negotiate commercial terms that secure optimal value.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors to support a dependable and competitive supply base.
  • Prepare and release tender documents to the market, then manage the tender process through to award recommendation with a focus on selecting the best-value option.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in supplier performance and procurement workflows in line with approved QIC amendments.
  • Support and guide the procurement team in day-to-day operations, including effective use of the organization’s procurement ERP systems.
  • Track procurement activity to ensure it stays within budget and meets legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
  • Deliver procurement training to employees to strengthen their purchasing knowledge and systems capability.
  • Ensure all procurement work follows internal procedures, policies, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.
  • Share regular progress updates on procurement performance and strategic initiatives with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • A professional credential such as CIPS, or an equivalent procurement certification, is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally gained in large-scale construction, hospitality, or similar project environments.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to contribute to one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious city-development initiatives.
