About the Role
Starbucks is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Integrated Communications to shape seasonal and brand campaigns that increase store traffic and strengthen customer connection to the brand. In this role, you will partner across functions to build and deliver go-to-market plans and communication strategies that influence customers throughout the full journey.
This is a highly visible position that serves as the integrated marketing lead and internal point person for the cross-functional team supporting seasonal launches. It is designed for an experienced marketer who brings energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to a business with a large national retail footprint.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute multi-channel seasonal marketing initiatives grounded in business and consumer insights.
- Gather inputs from Finance, Menu, Analytics, Social Listening, Media, and PR to shape campaign strategy.
- Support testing and launch planning for new products, using market learnings to guide broader rollout decisions.
- Build marketing research plans with Consumer Insights to support strategic briefs and go-to-market direction.
- Write campaign briefs that set communication priorities and guide creative development.
- Partner with internal and external teams to review creative work and ensure it aligns with the brief.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to create integrated launch plans and connect workstreams across teams.
- Influence partners, spark new ideas, and help solve customer and business challenges in fresh ways.
- Prepare leadership communications, campaign summaries, and business cases for new programs.
- Monitor performance trends and work with Finance and Menu Insights to align campaigns with financial goals.
- Bring innovative ideas to grow traffic, strengthen brand affinity, and increase engagement.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of U.S. military experience.
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in product or brand management.
- 3–5+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven oral and written presentation delivery skills.
- Self-driven and proactive work style.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- Knowledge of media principles and measurement metrics.
- Agency management experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate autonomously.
- Experience managing at least one budget.

Vacation accrual details vary by state and role level. For employees in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, vacation accrual is capped at 120 hours (190 hours in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 hours in CA) for director-level and above roles. In other states, vacation begins at 120 hours per year for roles below director and 200 hours per year for director-level and above roles.

Base pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Starbucks notes that it is uncommon for a candidate to be hired at the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions depend on the specific circumstances of each hire.
