The ideal candidate will be a strategic, outcomes-focused marketer with strong campaign judgment and the ability to connect customer behavior with insight-driven work. You will oversee loyalty initiatives from start to finish and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver polished, high-quality experiences that build lasting customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Lead the strategy and rollout of loyalty campaigns and initiatives, including promotions, offers, games, and experiential activations, while keeping them aligned with broader business objectives.
- Own campaign delivery end to end, from intake and strategy development through briefing, execution, and final performance review.
- Create clear marketing briefs that bring internal teams together around goals, audience, messaging, and positioning.
- Work with teams across marketing, digital, analytics, operations, and finance to launch initiatives with accuracy and strong execution.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders to keep complex campaigns moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Refine the loyalty experience by tracking market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns and expand program capabilities.
What we're looking for
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, or integrated marketing, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven success in managing go-to-market strategy and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong brief-writing skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared direction.
- Excellent organization and project management abilities, with comfort handling several priorities and deadlines at once.
- Experience working with external agencies and overseeing deliverables through completion.
