About the Role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources - HR Generalist to support a large, complex, and globally operating organization. This position is focused on strengthening the workforce through practical HR expertise, thoughtful people strategies, and effective support for organizational culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders to make sure HR priorities are aligned with day-to-day operations and broader company strategy.
  • Support recruiting partners and managers so hiring efforts stay in sync with business needs.
  • Help drive organization design, development, and transformation efforts by using change management and strong stakeholder coordination.
  • Coach leaders on employee growth and performance management approaches that improve capability and outcomes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, while encouraging engagement and open, clear communication across the team.
  • Support the communication and administration of total rewards programs so employees better understand benefits, compensation, and available perks.
  • Act as the backup contact for payroll processing when needed, helping ensure accuracy and continuity.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of direct HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, and complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR legislation and internal policies, with the ability to apply them correctly in a large multinational setting.
  • Strong ability to influence others and help shape workplace culture through people-focused strategy.
  • Comfort working across multiple HR areas, including talent management and employee relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build a collaborative and connected workplace.

Additional Information

This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, and is onsite. Travel may be required between 0% and 25%. Relocation is not provided.

The role includes a pay range of USD 91,100 to USD 123,300 annually. The position is also associated with an annual incentive reference value of 7.5%, and the long-term incentive reference value ranges from 0% to 20%. Base pay may vary depending on geography, role-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full package of medical, financial, and other benefits may be available depending on the position.
