Role overview

This position sits within the Managed Services function and focuses on supporting customer operations for a business-critical platform used in cloud and on-premise setups. The platform handles important information tied to trading, settlement, risk, client records, and regulatory reporting. The role is both technical and functional, requiring close coordination with users and internal teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Handle work across the complete delivery cycle, from initial discovery through to support after implementation.
• Interpret client needs, reproduce reported problems, and propose suitable fixes.
• Assess incoming requests and build new functionality where required.
• Improve existing features and roll out enhancements.
• Work on changes that raise product performance and help close production issues.
• Contribute to development, deployment, testing, and release activities.
• Create and keep updated technical documentation for delivered work.
• Ensure all assigned tasks follow the relevant standards and procedures.

Eligibility and location

This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Mumbai. The role is located in Andheri, Mumbai.

Compensation and joining

The annual compensation is ₹10,00,000 to ₹12,00,000. The position should be joined immediately.

Additional requirements

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience. The role also asks for a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. The overall experience expectation mentioned is 3–6 years. Knowledge of databases, SQL/PLSQL, and at least one scripting language such as Shell, Python, or Java is needed. Strong communication skills are important for working across teams and seniority levels. Familiarity with J2EE and an application server is also expected. Exposure to capital markets, NCFM/NISM certification, or an understanding of the trade life cycle is preferred.
