  • Make sure store assets and activities meet site expectations for safety, food safety, environmental care, and efficient water and energy use, including the handling and storage of flammables, chemicals, lubricants, and food-contact spares.
  • Source suitable suppliers and maximize use of preferred Nestlé agreements.
  • Maintain supplier and parts records and partner with procurement on new vendor setup and vendor updates.
  • Work with Maintenance Group Leaders and the Maintenance Stores Attendant to keep supply levels appropriate.
  • Own store management KPIs such as cycle count completion, inventory accuracy, obsolete stock, and unused materials.
  • Create reports and monitor maintenance spend.
  • Continuously improve store processes and procedures in line with Nestlé standards.
  • Coordinate with millwrights, electricians, operating engineers, production staff, and other functions to support business continuity.
  • Manage the value of stores inventory.
  • Assist with invoice processing.
  • Work in accordance with Nestlé policies and standards.
  • Partner with market subject matter experts to adopt best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical setting, ideally in food manufacturing or consumer goods.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capability at an advanced level.
  • Advanced familiarity with SAP technical stores management or a similar stores optimization tool.
  • Well-developed negotiation ability, financial understanding, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
