Role Overview
This contract mailroom role is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and supports day-to-day mail handling and related administrative work in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves managing mailroom activities, working with customers and internal teams, handling scanning tasks, and supporting general administrative processes. The role also requires physical handling of items, including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
Required Experience and Skills
Applicants should bring strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with previous experience in administration, courier services, or customer-facing work. Experience with scanning is also expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel, is needed for this role.
