Job description

Role Overview

The MAC Coordinator will support the Project Management and Facility Management teams across Europe and the wider EUR/EMEA region by coordinating Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities.

Vendor Coordination

  • Organize schedules for multiple vendors covering branding work, furniture installs and removals, employee relocations, and deployment of new assets.
  • Accompany vendors on site to help ensure work is carried out safely and on time.
  • Create and maintain punch lists so open items are tracked through to completion.

Move Strategy and Space Planning

  • Use account software to build and execute move plans.
  • Work with headcount and space-utilization data to support effective workplace planning.
  • Review occupancy and space information to improve how the workplace is used and to support changing business needs.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare clear reports that summarize assessments and compare practical options for space-related decisions.
  • Suggest process improvements based on assessments, including cost-benefit and risk considerations tied to facility changes or additions.

Project and Facility Support

  • Support readiness for new European sites by arranging desk tags and coordinating with account technology and AV teams during the first day and first week of occupancy.
  • Assist Facility Management during decommissioning by collecting asset details, supporting site due diligence, and escorting vendors alongside account and FM teams.

Quality Assurance

  • Review MAC project deliverables to confirm they align with Cushman & Wakefield’s quality expectations.

Experience and Skills

The role calls for 2 to 5 years of relevant experience across at least two or three of these areas: interior design, occupancy planning, small project management, facilities management, furniture specification, or logistics coordination. Experience with AutoCAD or another CAFM system is required, along with strong presentation-building and communication abilities. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is also expected.

Equal Opportunity and Accessibility

Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Candidates are considered without regard to ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, marital status, or any other protected characteristic. The company aims to maintain a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace. Candidates who need disability-related accommodations during the hiring process may raise this with the Talent Acquisition Advisor after initial contact.
