M&A Senior Analyst/Associate

Role Overview

This opportunity is for a senior analyst or associate level professional to support mergers and acquisitions work in Singapore. The role spans transaction execution, financial analysis, client-facing materials, and coordination across multiple workstreams.

What You Will Do

• Assist with the end-to-end execution of M&A deals across a range of sectors.
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario-based forecasts.
• Develop pitchbooks, client decks, and other marketing documents used in transaction processes.
• Carry out sector and company-level research to inform transaction positioning and strategy.
• Help manage the due diligence process and work with both internal teams and external parties to keep transactions moving.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong capability in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort working on several assignments at once while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Professionals with experience in international markets who want to move into a Singapore-based position are encouraged to apply.
