Role Overview

Join a major automotive organization recognized for excellence, integrity, and innovation. This opportunity is with a large dealership network that operates across multiple Canadian provinces and the Washington, DC area, and supports a workplace culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and ongoing development.

The team is hiring a Lot Attendant for Audi Thornhill. This position is focused on keeping the vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customer delivery.

Compensation

The role offers pay in the range of $18 to $19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Park, sort, and arrange vehicles across the lot to use space efficiently and maintain a clean, appealing presentation.
  • Check vehicles regularly for cleanliness and flag any damage or concerns to the right team members.
  • Make sure vehicles display the correct pricing and any other required identifiers or labels.
  • Support vehicle handovers by washing and fuelling units before scheduled delivery.
  • Assist with dealer trades and other driving-related assignments as needed.
  • Handle routine lot upkeep, including sweeping, garbage removal, and clearing snow when weather conditions require it.
  • Operate both standard/manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Interact appropriately with customers and contribute to a positive service experience.

Qualifications

  • You should be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors throughout the year in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail is important for this role.
  • Experience using both manual and automatic vehicles is required.
  • Good organizational and time-management ability is expected.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
  • At least 1 year of previous detailing experience is required.
  • A valid Ontario driver’s licence with 3 or more years of driving experience is required.
  • A clean driver’s abstract is required.
