Key responsibilities

• Arrange and track international shipments, with a particular focus on ocean freight.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Work in coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Prepare and manage import, export, and shipping paperwork.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and maintain precise records.
• Partner with warehouse teams on inventory control, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks.

Required background

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Prior exposure to international shipping and ocean freight is essential. Candidates should also have a solid grasp of supply chain workflows and inventory management, along with practical experience using ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are important for success in this position.
