The client is a leading datacenter organization, and the wider team brings together professionals from Security Operations, Business Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources. About the role

This temporary Logistics Specialist position reports to the Logistics Manager for Personnel Support. The role is based in Singapore and works remotely. It focuses on providing senior-level administrative support to the Datacenter Physical Security program, helping ensure work is completed on time, in line with priorities, and according to required standards.

The position is part of a global team that supports multiple workstreams during core business hours. It requires familiarity with several internal platforms and procedures, plus the ability to troubleshoot issues, guide teammates, and help improve how the team operates.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main owner of the Physical Security Logistics mailbox and serve as a central contact point for client and vendor systems that support global datacenter security operations.
• Maintain, revise, and improve process documents, job aids, templates, and checklists.
• Carry out quarterly reviews of logistics-related documentation with stakeholders and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including updating systems, distribution groups, and organizational charts.
• Own, refresh, and audit internal and external systems used in these workflows.
• Use client meeting technology to resolve permission-related issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders across regions.
• Lead or support improvement initiatives within the logistics team, including recommending updates to workflows and operating methods.
• Track and document weekly progress against goals and milestones.
• Keep a customer-service mindset while resolving operational issues.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the Logistics Manager to support the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

Eligibility and requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A reliable communication device, such as a mobile phone, is required.
• Dependable transport is necessary, whether public or private.
• Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, or be able to obtain one, or an equivalent permit where applicable.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
• Strong English communication skills are required, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• A high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent secondary qualification is needed.
• Candidates must agree to pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.
• A valid passport, or the ability to obtain one, is essential.
