  • Oversee order transportation and delivery status to make sure shipments reach customers accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and customers to address routine operational issues and keep business activities moving efficiently.
  • Identify and manage transport exceptions such as delays, damage, shortages, and refused deliveries, and drive each issue through to closure.
  • Maintain transport, warehousing, and delivery data so records remain accurate, complete, and updated in the relevant systems.
  • Collect, check, and file proof of delivery documents, transport paperwork, and other operational records.
  • Contribute to ongoing logistics process improvements aimed at better transport efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support logistics projects and other supply-chain initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of transportation, warehouse, and order-fulfillment processes, along with genuine interest in the logistics field.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with customers, warehouse teams, and transport partners.
  • Careful, accountable, and proactive working style, supported by strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; data analysis skills are a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese; German language ability is considered an advantage.
