Role Overview

XPENG is hiring a Logistics Operations Manager for Germany to coordinate and strengthen its vehicle logistics activities across Europe. This role focuses on logistics execution, supplier coordination, customs processes, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support efficient and timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of XPENG vehicle logistics operations across Europe, including execution, network coordination, and supplier management.
  • Plan and schedule logistics activities for vehicle movements across the European region.
  • Oversee logistics execution covering terminals, compounds, transport, technical services, vehicle handling, and vehicle movement flows.
  • Handle customs clearance, import documentation, and related compliance processes for vehicle shipments.
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with suppliers and carriers.
  • Track KPIs against service-level agreements and use the findings to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, manufacturing, finance, and other stakeholders to support the on-time delivery process.
  • Coordinate with logistics planning and logistics quality teams to improve efficiency, control costs, and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • A university or college degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Economics, or a comparable background, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations, preferably within the automotive or finished-vehicle logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive and vehicle customs procedures.
  • Good problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality.
  • Performance-driven working style.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages, especially Mandarin, are an advantage.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access, with openness to learning other business software tools.
