Job Purpose
Reporting to the Logistics Assistant Manager, this role supports the Logistics team in achieving departmental and business goals. The primary responsibility is managing export shipments by collaborating with internal teams and third-party logistics providers. The role will also offer exposure to systems like SAP S/4 HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of export shipment orders and prepare all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and the warehouse to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of export shipments, meeting business demands.
- Support monthly housekeeping activities, including managing open orders and providing logistical assistance.
- Create and distribute monthly schedules to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the timely completion of order processing tasks.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct relevant analytics.
- Undertake any other related tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced work environments.
- Exhibit self-starter qualities with high energy, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a meticulous approach with a strong attention to detail.
