- Work with shipping partners to monitor and follow up incoming stock.
- Arrange transport providers and contract drivers when required.
- Track truck detailing work and make sure preparation deadlines are met.
- Manage pool vehicles and assist the wider team with shifting priorities.

- Assign stock numbers and oversee processing schedules.
- Obtain quotations and raise purchase orders for accessories and vehicle-related work.
- Coordinate builds from chassis stage through to final handover.
- Ensure all compliance steps, certifications, and supporting documents are completed.
- Carry out final inspections and quality checks before delivery.
- Complete vehicle handovers across both the North Island and South Island.
What We’re Looking For
- A full, clean New Zealand driver licence with at least Class 2.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Clear communication and solid coordination ability.
- Confidence using computer systems and digital tools.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- A strong focus on customer service and delivery quality.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Join a respected, market-leading business.
- Enjoy a varied, practical role with real day-to-day impact.
- Be part of a supportive team culture.
- Grow your career within a large nationwide organisation.
