About the role
If organizing things is one of your strengths, this position gives you the chance to actively shape logistics operations in a modern fulfillment environment. The company supports well-known clients with warehousing, kitting, and worldwide shipping of promotional items and products. The goal is to make sure shipments reach the right destination at the right time, whether they are small express parcels or complex international dispatch projects.
In this role, you will not simply process orders. You will help plan logistics activities, coordinate day-to-day shipping, and contribute to the smooth execution of customer projects.
Key tasks
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipping orders
- Manage daily outbound shipping operations
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and parcel service providers
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Coordinate workflows between warehouse, kitting, and dispatch teams
- Monitor delivery deadlines and shipment status
- Improve existing processes and help develop new workflows
- Maintain inventory records and logistics data
What you should bring
- Completed commercial training or vocational training in logistics
- A strong sense of organization and a structured way of working
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Confident use of MS Office
- Ideally, some experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse logistics
- A friendly manner and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good German skills; English would be an advantage
