About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the timely, complete, and sequenced delivery of finished products to customers. Working within the fulfilment function, this position focuses on turning planned orders into action by coordinating between internal sites, transport companies, and logistics partners.
This is a strong fit for someone with experience in logistics or administration who is ready for a busy, coordination-heavy role where priorities can change quickly and every day brings something different.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fulfilment activities and make sure orders are released, moved through the process, and delivered according to customer and business needs.
- Track loadouts and work with sites to confirm correct sequencing, including FIFO, and prompt dispatch.
- Investigate and resolve problems with shipping lines, ports, and transport providers so products continue moving smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records and system updates, including ERP order releases, spreadsheets, and Power BI reporting.
- Spot exceptions early, manage issues proactively, and escalate or resolve them quickly to reduce disruption.
About You
You may already have some exposure to logistics or supply chain work, or you may come from a strong administrative background and be ready to move into your next role. You should be well organised, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable using several systems at once.
Strong intermediate computer ability is important, especially with Excel and Microsoft tools. You’ll also need a proactive approach, good communication skills, and confidence working with different stakeholders. You should enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
