Job description

Role Summary

The Location Manager for Khammam will be accountable for growing business results at the local level by leading Sales Managers and Relationship Officers. The position centers on meeting sales goals through effective channel oversight, including DSA-led sourcing for Sales Managers and direct customer acquisition for Relationship Officers. The role also includes managing field execution, improving team output, and sustaining high standards of customer service to deliver strong business performance.

Team Leadership

  • Guide, oversee, and assist Sales Managers and Relationship Officers in achieving monthly business goals.
  • Keep a close watch on daily productivity, field movement, and funnel progress across the team.
  • Hold regular review sessions, discuss performance, and provide coaching whenever support is needed.

Business Growth

  • Increase location-level business by enabling effective DSA engagement for Sales Managers.
  • Expand direct sourcing for Relationship Officers by improving local market presence and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Spot new business opportunities and relationship prospects to widen the market reach.

DSA Channel Management

  • Find, activate, and maintain productive DSAs to keep business flowing consistently.
  • Monitor DSA performance, compliance, and level of engagement.
  • Make sure DSAs follow company policy, documentation standards, and quality checks.

Direct Sourcing Support

  • Support Relationship Officers in building direct leads through field visits, referrals, and local partnerships.
  • Ensure sourcing practices align with guidelines, customer KYC requirements, and credit procedures.
  • Help ROs strengthen customer relationships to improve portfolio quality.

Compliance and Portfolio Health

  • Ensure all location activities remain aligned with risk, credit, and operating rules.
  • Track important metrics such as WIRR, lead quality, and documentation accuracy.
  • Work with Credit, Risk, and Collections teams to maintain a healthy portfolio.

Market Tracking

  • Observe competitor actions, market changes, and product positioning.
  • Share timely feedback with management to assist in strategy development.

Operational Duties

  • Maintain branch hygiene, records, MIS updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle leave scheduling, discipline, and staff availability based on business priorities.

Qualification and Experience
