Role Overview
The Lobby Ambassador serves as the primary contact for arriving guests. This position focuses on creating a warm first impression, guiding guests as needed, answering questions, supporting guest movement through the hotel, and ensuring that the lobby consistently reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and make them feel welcome with polished, attentive service.
- Look ahead to guest needs and offer help proactively during arrivals and departures.
- Direct or escort guests to reception, concierge, lounges, dining venues, and other hotel areas.
- Respond to questions about the hotel, its services, and nearby attractions.
- Work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Security to keep operations running smoothly.
- Control guest movement in the lobby and help maintain comfort during peak periods.
- Give tailored attention to VIP, VVIP, and extended-stay guests.
- Address concerns politely and escalate unresolved matters when required.
- Keep the lobby presentation, atmosphere, and service flow aligned with luxury expectations.
- Maintain outstanding grooming, etiquette, and brand-appropriate presentation at all times.
