Role Overview

The Loan Officer Assistant is the primary contact for loan officers who need help through The HUB email inbox. This position is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and professional support for questions connected to operations, systems, and internal processes. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reply to loan officer questions received through The HUB email inbox.
• Offer correct guidance on operational procedures and internal workflows.
• Support questions related to submitting loans to the LOA team.
• Route disclosures, ARRIVE setup requests, and government program inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Help troubleshoot internal systems and process-related issues.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a current Loan Officer license.
• Is comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
