What you will do

- Explain the value of participating as a speaker at Bisnow events.
- Partner with your team to design event content from the ground up and oversee the full event experience.
- Research original content concepts, secure senior-level speakers, and collaborate with sales to support sponsorship efforts.
- Work across departments to help the company achieve ambitious event and business goals.
- Use community relationships to promote Bisnow and increase attendance through associations and local organizations.
- Investigate commercial real estate trends, programming ideas, and speaker prospects in depth.
- Manage speaker communication and relationship touchpoints from event conception through event day.
- Provide responsive support and clear communication to speakers and sponsors.
- Run pre-event and post-event meetings, offering direction, feedback, and coordination to participants.
- Continuously improve event content and the attendee experience through creative problem-solving.
- Generate fresh, relevant topic ideas that keep pace with industry changes.
- Maintain open communication across teams about event progress and project status.
- Handle several events at different stages at once while staying organized and on schedule.
