Role overview
This opening is for a proactive and organised administrator to join the Listings team in the Banking Department at the Dublin office. The position suits someone who is self-driven, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a legal environment. Prior exposure to the legal sector would be an advantage.
A Listings Executive works as an approved intermediary with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and/or Euronext Dublin (Euronext), connecting them with the issuer, arranger, and legal advisers. The role exists to support the successful admission of an issuer's securities to Euronext's regulated market or Global Exchange Market.
Main duties
- Review prospectuses and mark them up against the relevant Prospectus Regulation annex items for CBI submission.
- Check listing particulars against the applicable Global Exchange Market rules before sending them to Euronext.
- Prepare the checklist of listing conditions for submission to Euronext.
- Examine and interpret feedback received from the CBI and Euronext.
- Work with the issuer's legal advisers, the CBI, and Euronext to resolve comments and outstanding points.
- Compile the supporting documents needed for the final listing submission to the CBI and Euronext.
Experience and personal attributes

- Able to complete work efficiently and within deadlines.
- Legal training or a law-related qualification.
- Familiarity with, or experience of, the Prospectus Regulation and Euronext listing rules.
Preferred background
The following would be beneficial, though not mandatory: a legal background or qualification, and knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation and Euronext listing rules.
