Job description

Overview

A growing financial services firm is looking to hire a Life & Pensions Administrator to support the management team. The role focuses on handling client and life company relationships while keeping administration accurate, compliant, and well organised.

What you will do

  • Support the management team with sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate the setup of new policies with life companies and make sure each policy is processed correctly.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative work linked to the role.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Help manage relationships with clients and life assurance providers.

Candidate profile

  • Experience working in the financial services sector is required.
  • An APA or CFA qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
  • You should be comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships both inside and outside the business.
  • The ideal person can organise priorities effectively and work through tasks in a structured way.
